DESCRIPTION:The Six Sigma Green Belt focuses on providing students with an understanding of the various Six Sigma tools and techniques useful to improve the production process and minimize defects in the end product with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tool and techniques in the organization.   \n\nThe Six Sigma Green Belt certification is automatically achieved after passing the Six Sigma Green Belt exam. The Six Sigma Green Belt course provides an optimal preparation to pass the exam and\, therefore\, to obtain the certification.   \n\nThe learner taking this course will be provided with:  \n\nCourse syllabus \nPresentation material \n\nCourse PreparationNo preparation or pre-requisites are necessary to undertake this training.  \nThe certification Six Sigma Green Belt is also a prerequisite to continue with the following level of qualification Six Sigma Black Belt.  \nTarget GroupThe Six Sigma Green Belt courses are highly recommended for employees and organizations requiring a standardized approach to problem solving for the purpose of continuous improvement in Quality Management. The students deduct the learning from their own analysis. The topic and its concepts are presented afterwards to demonstrate how theory applies to what was deducted. \nQuestioning: Asking questions forces participants to stop and think about different variables. It also enables the participants to put the newly acquired knowledge to the test. Quizzes have been incorporated as part of the training to make sure that the concepts are well understood by the participants \nDemonstrating: Some use cases have been incorporated to the training AFTER the concepts.
